Position Summary

Our client is seeking experienced Voice Pick Packers to support daily warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately selecting orders using voice-picking technology while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.



Key Duties and Responsibilities

Pick customer orders using a voice-directed picking system

Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) where required

Accurately scan and verify products

Pack and prepare orders for dispatch

Complete manual handling tasks safely

Maintain accuracy and productivity targets

Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties as required



Skills and Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
  
• Voice picking experience
  
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
  Desirable
  
• Experience operating an EPJ
  
• RF scanning experience
  
• Experience within FMCG or distribution environments
  
• Physical Requirements
  
• Frequent standing and walking
  
• Repetitive bending, reaching and lifting
  
• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  5am-10am
  
  8am -1pm
